Worked on behalf of Emaar on their Mixed Use & Capital Retail Projects which were being built. Dealt with the delivery of an 85% or better tenant opening ratio from the Malls opening date. Managed the initial engagement of the consultants and contractors, carry out site measurements with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth transition for developing LOD's and from construction to operational facility. Providing site based Owners PM direction to drive Consultant and Contractor performance. Engage as part of the Emaar Health and Safety Leadership forum to define and implement significant improvements in Health and Safety on site as well as support the Delivery Team with administration of the various letters and act as principle point of contact between EMG and Tenants Fitout Designer/Contractor. Mitigated the Tenant Variation Requests and collaborate with consultants to identify scope as well as obtain cost estimates and provide direction to tenant engineers and provide all required input for finalization.
