This position was responsible for managing overdue & litigation accounts across the GE Capital credit card portfolio. My achievements in this role included acting as team leader, managing escalations and daily reporting in the absence of team leaders and consistently exceeding the allocated daily targets.

As the Information Security Management Leader within the IT GRC team, my position primarily comprised of: - Supplier Risk Management : Facilitation and execution of the supplier risk and compliance function including risk profiles, audits, assessments and contract negotiation for key suppliers, vendors, partners and merchants - Audit Management : Ensure effective and on-time remediation of all non-compliant IT audit and regulatory items in conjunction with senior leadership and stakeholders - Metrics and Capability Development : Create and manage S.M.A.R.T metrics for the team and assess bandwidth and priority for new capability development

Reporting to the Security Risk Management Leader, I was responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting on Information Security risks resulting from technology, business or environmental changes to ensure minimal security risk exposure to GE Capital. Key areas covered within this role included: - Information Security risk assessments, risk profiling and mitigation strategy development for a large portfolio of projects and business initiatives - Facilitation of application security assessments including White-box, Black-box, SCABBA and standalone static source code analysis to ensure timely vulnerability identification and mitigation - Supplier and Third Party Risk Assessments including vendor management and contract reviews

As the Fraud Solutions Team Leader, my primary responsibility was to mentor a team of specialised fraud investigators to detect and investigate fraudulent credit card applications, transactions and incidents of internal fraud. In this position, I was also responsible for input into the overall business fraud risk strategy, fraud prevention rules and customer experience enhancements. My position allowed me to proactively act as the liaison between the fraud and Information Security teams to ensure collaboration and coordination for the investigation and prevention of cyber crime incidents.

As a fraud investigations officer, my primary responsibility was the investigation, reporting and documentation of complex fraud investigations. My specialisation included large, high-value and high-visibility incidents of application fraud, data analytics to identify trends and providing appropriate law enforcement assistance in conjunction with legal representatives and the senior leadership team.

As the Information Security Delivery Leader reporting to the Technology Risk Leader, my position encompasses the following: - Delivery of Information Security subject matter expertise and security risk mitigation strategies to multiple business projects (waterfall and agile) through sound risk and policy compliance gap identification - Prevention, detection and investigation of security incidents comprising data leakage prevention, insider threat management, and log / exception / access reviews utilising SIEM, AV, email/web filtering and business intelligence tools in conjunction with global CIRT and forensics teams - Management and oversight of the supplier Information Security risk and compliance function. This includes vendor, partner and merchant reviews/audits to ensure compliance with GE requirements and best practices
