I have been working with SAP for a decade now. Currently I work as a Learning and Development Consultant and my job profile mainly consists of managing the career of the early talents who join SAP under the Scholar@SAP program. This role revolves around People Management and Project Management. Having a learning mindset I have explored several technical and non-technical roles in SAP. I have been working as a full stack developer till Dec 2021 and recently stepped into my current role to enhance my People Management skills. I believe networking is the base of working in any organization. You will grow upto a certain point on your own, but beyond that only your network and collaboration can take your career graph ahead.
