I was part of the onsite Technical Assistance Team, where I contributed to designing and executing programs for industry engagement to promote the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). I worked on onboarding industry partners, facilitating their insights, and helping shape recommendations for NAPS 2.0. Additionally, I led industry orientation sessions to encourage support for industry-led skilling initiatives, ensuring alignment between workforce development and the needs of employers. My efforts focused on bridging the gap between policy frameworks and practical industry requirements.

- Conducting industrial domain training for central Government and NSDC projects namely PMKVY, UDAAN and other skill development initiatives by various state governments. - Content development and delivering training on industrial topics like Lean Manufacturing, Construction Site Management project management, quality control, supply chain management, sales&marketing, JIT, TPM, TQM etc. - Development of training manuals, participants guide, training effectiveness optimization. - Engaged in counseling of trainees (B.Tech. and professional course graduates)

Resposible for overall supplier quality, supplier evaluation, smooth material flow from suppliers etc. Conducting Supplier Audit, raising action plan and monitoring its implemetation New part development, vendor selection Welding process improvement, costing, trainings etc. Documentation related welding process ( WPS. PAIPL is ISO/TS: 16949-2009 certified company engaged in manufacturing of different types of gaskets and shims used in tractor engines. It also produces sheet metal components like hydraulic lift levers, mounting brackets, and clamps etc. for heavy commercial vehicles. PAIPL is a direct vendor to YAMAHA, HONDA TWO WHEELERS, ESCORTS TRACTORS, ACE, KNORR BREMSE, ITL, SKH MAGNETI MARELLI EXHAUST SYSTEMS etc; BOP incoming inspection, new part development ISO Documentation (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, CAPA, Control Plan, Aspect Impact etc.) Internal Audit, process audits Conducting trainings on weldings, QMS; Quality Assurance (SQA) Achievements: Developed Suppliers for two DOL Items Successfully implemented system for supplier audit, supplier rating, and annual vendor meet.
