My primary focus on behavioral safety and engineering safety approaches has successfully reduced injuries and incidents by 40%, mitigating severe accidental threats. I have extensive experience in implementing safety cultures from scratch across three different industries. I have personally guided numerous employees, operators, and contractors, emphasizing the importance of safety for them and their families. Notably, I achieved a record of 400 days without a single injury in a heavy engineering plant, which previously reported 6-7 cases annually. My expertise includes implementing comprehensive safety management systems such as British Safety Council 5-star safety audits, OHSAS-18001, ISO-45001, ISO-14001, and the Tata Safety and Health Management System. I have a thorough understanding of safe execution and commissioning of Greenfield and brownfield projects, proudly maintaining a record of no fatal or grievous accidents.
