Contracted to teach First Aid to as wide a student audience as possible.

Supply and manage merchant account services for use by clients in International territories. Audit and authorise International money transfers in multiple currencies, with vigilance for fraudulent activities. Build relationships with clients in International territories, in order create new sales opportunities and leverage existing business. Manage and lead on relevant commercial negotiations such contract changes, scope change, delays and disputes. Manage customer and stakeholder relationships and expectations. Take part in project reviews remotely with senior executives of the firm, to provide customer care and to follow up on any organic leads coming from the customers. Develop sales material and a compelling story for new and prospective clients. All work was undertaken remotely for this Islamabad-based firm.

Deliver courses to potential UG/PG medics with advice and support on whether medicine is the right career choice for themselves and explain admissions processes through presentations across England, Wales and Scotland.

This role has been very exciting and challenging from the word ‘go’. As we are a start-up, we obviously had a lot of learning ahead of us. Acting as COO, I led all operations for both Unissentials and Leeds Magazines (see Projects).
