An essential requirement to help manage the increasing number of new clients coming into the team * Implementing new clients – liaising with fleet contacts, demonstrating our software, attending meetings, making recommendations on best practice * Creating workstream reports for the Sales Executive to work from * Creating and sending e-communication campaigns

* Selling loans in a testing and demanding working environment. Lowest rates offered to customers was at an APR of 16.9% and the highest was at 37% * Selling ancillary products such as insurance and protection schemes * Debt collecting on a weekly basis – regular interaction with the customers and understanding their situations.
