Act as primary relationship manager for several performance technology members, working with them and with my team to manage project timelines and ensure my members get the most from their partnership with the Advisory Board. Work together to define the specific needs and goals of each member, and help customize the performance technology toolset used to transform their data into easy-to-use dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.

Implemented new care model for members with kidney disease, including development of patient stratification algorithm, clinical treatments, goals, roles and responsibilities, staffing ratios, performance management tool and management reports. Led business requirements definition for new clinical application, projected as 20% gain in efficiencies as well as 10% cost reduction.

Academic Medical Center: Assisted in design of future state Patient Access Services, including Inpatient, Ambulatory and Clinic sites, and development of a Central Financial Clearance department, contributing to improvements of over $6M annually. Insurance Provider: Redesigned provider contracting operations at large health insurance firm. Streamlined current operations and increased provider satisfaction due to improved accuracy and timeliness of contract loading process.

Hired into firm to specialize in HIPAA compliance initiatives; recruited specifically for long-term engagement at large public hospital corporation containing 11 acute care hospitals, 4 skilled nursing facilities, 6 diagnostic and treatments centers and over 80 community based clinics. One of four persons responsible for operation of the Compliance Program Office, established to assist Corporate Privacy Officer in reaching compliance by applicable deadlines.

Performed a full business office redesign, with a focus on the back-end, for >200 bed hospital. Implemented Customer Service Unit for hospital, created necessary training materials, conducted training sessions, designed performance tracking tools and monitored the progress of Unit.

Performed a business office assessment for hospital system leading to $1.5 M cash acceleration, business office redesign, and HBOC STAR optimization engagement. Managed a cash acceleration project, reducing the receivable by over $14 M. Responsible for leading 6 hospital employees for the purposes of the project. Managed redesign for cash posting process. Created high level process flows, generated a gap analysis and designed policies and procedures.
