I am a Hospitality and Business Administration student with a strong interest in client experience, project coordination, and back-office operations. I enjoy working on the processes that make service smooth, reliable, and pleasant - both for guests and for internal teams. My previous roles at AUCA taught me how to manage administrative tasks, support students and families, and work across departments with accuracy and empathy. I gained experience in document processing, communication, customer support, and operational problem-solving - all essential elements of a strong client experience. At HIM Business School, I continue building my skills through projects that combine hospitality, business thinking, and service quality. I am especially interested in how well-designed processes, digital tools, and clear workflow management can improve the experience for clients and make teams more effective. Today, I am focused on developing my strengths in project coordination, service operations, and customer-centric thinking. I’m multilingual (EN/RU/KG), organized, and highly motivated to grow in roles that connect people, service, and operational excellence.
