* Telephone reception * Medical coding for general office, women’s health, and psychiatric visits * Interact with Medical staff to ensure accurate patient diagnosis * Maintain patient accounts by obtaining and updating personal information and insurance * Process insurance claims and receive co-payments * Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality
