I lead a Global Team of professionals across multiple geographies, managing the full employee lifecycle—from on boarding to off boarding—while driving operational excellence and strategic impact. My role includes overseeing the global Reduction in Force (RIF) program, coaching and developing team members, and leading initiatives that improve both employee experience and operational efficiency. I also champion automation, integration, and AI adoption within People Operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and deliver scalable, people-eccentric solutions that enhance the overall employee journey.
