* Authored and managed winning proposals for two major Southern California health systems with final contracts totaling over $500,000 and additional contracts currently being negotiated * Created donor package for new $24 million, 30,000 square foot Health & Wellness Center project * Worked with Chief Strategy Officer to develop long-range strategic care delivery vision for academic medical center which will lead to a 5% reduction in average length of stay * Oversee and coordinate all client data for team of 11 throughout creation of master and strategic plan for on-time delivery of reports * Manage over twelve major client presentations over the span of two months for two different projects resulting in two phased actionable 5-year plans worth over $40 million each * Assist in creation of template for hospital space utilization capacity and demand to streamline and standardize internal data * Created simplified bed planning model to for clients to easily determine projected bed counts for each department

* Reviewed and qualified over 25 proposals for EDM Forum Collaborative Projects grant and selected 3 finalists for publication * Published six articles in EDM Forum Annual Report on electronic health data industry * Led EDM Forum Steering Committee workshop with 30 of attendees including CMS Directors, Chief Medical Directors of Academic Health Systems, and several UnitedHealth Vice Presidents

* Organized and improved efficiency of stock room * Took weekly inventory * Identified and reconciled all inventory discrepancies * Top selling sales associate for week of 7/20/14-7/26/26 * Made the stores single largest sale of $4000 (average single sales ~$700) since it’s opening

* Wrote articles for the Department website to try and increase readership * Conceived and wrote daily health-oriented Facebook and Twitter posts * Created meta-tags to organize photo library to transfer online * Verified and corrected the Department’s contact list for the County * Helped edit the Annual Report

* Developed and completed a program to increase patient return rates of colorectal cancer take-home tests * Interviewed the Nurse Manager and the physicians to determine the best approach and methodology * Created an educational pamphlet for patients at a 6th grade literacy level * Wrote a script for volunteers to remind patients to take the test * Constructed a data set and performed an analysis on patient non-compliance * Presented the final project to the board of Saban Community Clinic * Based on this work, the clinic won a grant to sustain this program
