Alison can provide a wide range of services including ergonomic assessments, workplace assessments, pre-employment screenings, job task analysis, early intervention on site physiotherapy clinics, functional capacity assessments and tailoring return to work plans for individuals. She is motivated to ensure the best outcomes possible for all stakeholders in all aspects of occupational health from the selection process through to rehabilitation. Alison enjoys using knowledge and skills gained both qualifications to help people realise their health potential and has a particular interest in the preventative space and complex cases involving both physical and psychological injuries
