Provide and lead the projects based on consulting services to the Research and Development Senior Leadership. Prepare special one-time reports, summaries, information papers, reply to directorate inquiries, materials needed for conferences, meetings, minutes, and other documentation. Draft, review and prepare speeches, talking points, scripts and messages from senior leadership personnel for both large external audiences as well as internal workforce communications. Acquire subject knowledge through stakeholder interviews, observing the performance of mission execution methods, and referring to technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals. Independently execute technical writing activities in support of the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, planning, execution, and reporting. Provide the consulting services directly to the Intelligence Community Chief Information Officer (IC CIO). Prepare Eagle View and Town Hall presentations to be presented by IC CIO to the ODNI workforce for the Intelligence Community. Prepare Weekly Activities report compiled from the multiple IC groups on a weekly basis to be presented to the ODNI workforce. Provide detailed notes and facilitates meetings as a key aspect of the role. Expertly write, re-writes, and edit standing operating procedures (SOPs), technical documents, white papers, reports, and related technical publications to communicate technical specifications and instructions clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Develop strong relationships with senior leaders across the organization to understand key business priorities. Oversee the preparation of illustrative materials, including the selection of drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts. Conduct quality reviews of materials prior to publication and distribution.

Manage and evaluate all IT Accessibility training activities. Provide appropriate educational activities and resources for 508 Program. Create and conduct outreach training for the 508 Program for NGA agency. Develops training plans and documents Conduct internal training accessibility audits. Provide feedback to customers on the accessibility results and remediation options. Assist with strategic communications for Section 508 training. Design and develop a curriculum for IT Accessibility Training to include educational aids. Assist with the evaluation, assessments, and procurement of Section 508 training. Assess training and identify gaps for remediation. Provide instruction, learning development sessions, and educational briefs on IT Accessibility.

Provide intelligence analysis and operational support to the Office of the Provost at National Intelligence University (NIU) and senior-level Directors Review all-source intelligence analysis and data to provide detailed constructive feedback to the faculty employees and federal Leadership personnel Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, make data-driven conclusions, and turn the findings into actionable recommendations. Write and maintain supporting documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for data cleaning and process documentation. Provided a quality assurance (QA) data development and intelligence analysis to track course syllabuses, course assessment reports, and course assessment plans submitted by the NIU faculty personnel every quarter Administer quality control and process improvement activities, including data entry and data cleanup Lead instructional and training/briefing sessions, to include workshops, and collaborative discussions that enable faculty personnel to support the University’s operational procedures Conduct training, lesson plans, and analysis to continually improve the delivery and efficacy of the Course Assessment Plans and Reports for various academic terms for the faculty members
