1. To ensure health, safety and environment policy is followed on site at all times 2. To read, interpret and work from construction drawings to ensure accurate engineering on a contract 3. Support the Foreman in managing resources and materials on site 4. To oversee the turnover of materials on site through stock checking and monitoring orders 5. Ensure productivity on site is at optimum levels 6. Monitor and report progress on site on a daily / weekly basis for work allocation 7. To accuratley prepare the site and set out for construction works 8. Liase and support sub contractors to ensure programme delivery 9. To work to cost allowable budgets 10. To monitor and audit works on site to ensure the highest quality standards
