-Successful development of the A2P channel business in Altan Redes from scratch and developed new messaging products to meet the company's wholesale revenue objectives. -Responsible for looking for new partnerships creating business cases, pricing negotiations, and managing the relationship with 15+ A2P aggregators, SMS and Voice carriers, seeking to maximize service revenues and cost optimization. -Lead end to end project execution for activities belonging to Voice and SMS Interconnect with Operators/Aggregators/Carriers. Responsible for the planning, tracking, project status updates with stakeholders, identification and mitigation of projects risks in order to ensure deliverables and timelines are successfully achieved. -Revenue growth by promoting our CPaaS solution to our 100+ mobile virtual network operators, conducting presentations, use cases explanation and training so they can get the most out of the service and increase traffic and incomes. -Responsible for managing cross-functionally (with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance departments) NDAs and Contract Agreements with different Providers and Customers. -Responsible for the operation of the SMS A2P business, monitoring service KPIs and managing escalated service incidents with engineering and support teams in order to mantain the business continuity. -Elaboration, evaluation and management of RFPs/RFQs related to SMS Firewall, CPaaS messaging solutions and A2P Voice&SMS monetization.

-Lead technical activities for the implementation of the National SMS Interconnection between Altan and main Operators in Mexico (Telcel, Telefonica, AT&T). -Definition of functional technical requirements and supplier evaluation for the SMS GW and Antispam solution. -Management, monitoring and control of the SMS GW and Antispam implementation project. -Review, validation, and approval of the supplier's deliverables from a technical perspective.

-End-to-end project delivery for different solutions tailored to our customers: Entel Peru and Movistar Peru. -Gather client needs and provide proposals to fulfill their commercial/technical requirements. -Ensure that the deliverables meet the quality requirements expected in the sold, installed solution. -Technical training to customer’s operation department about the solutions installed in the projects.

-Implementation of commercial requirements from different business departments of the company in order to launch new services or products. -Feasibility analysis for enhancing current services, providing the best technical solution taking into account the network architecture, its roadmap and the functional requirements. -Elaboration, evaluation and presentation of RFPs (Request for Proposal) for the different value added service platforms. -Project Management for the implementation and/or integration of new platforms in the network, such as Multimedia Messaging Platform (MMS), Firewall SMS Platform, Ring Back Tone Platform(RBT), etc. -Planning, implementation, and monitoring of the main KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) of the following VAS platforms: MMS, RBT, LBS, USSD, IVR. They allowed to take corrective action in case of failure and anticipate capacity issues.

-Following up and controlling the progress of the project activities for the migration of the corporate voice platform. -Taking care of interconnection requirements between Claro mobile switch and long distance carriers. -Planning of work orders for the creation of new voice core services required by the commercial area.
