10yrs of Phenomenal leadership skills, the ability to motivate and mentor team members creates a stakeholder work environment. I have been in the healthcare care field for 20yrs beginning back when I was in the Navy as a young Corpsman. As I quickly advanced in rank I assumed and requested more responsibility. To further my quest to be a more effective leader and manager I pursued my undergrad in Healthcare Administration. The mission for me is always the same complete it to the best of my abilities. I have a tested and proven track record in the Navy having ran multiple clinics simultaneously with 60 or more personnel Active Duty and Civilian to 22 Providers. I am a firm believer that a true leader works, listens, and collaborates with his/her team from the top down and vice versa. The stakeholder environment is key to engaging,and optimizing maximum performance. The core of my being is I am a facilitator from space!! I can train anyone plan and simple on anything, it doesn’t matter what it is EHR, medical, Human Resources the list goes on. The Audience of people, everyone and anyone, packed auditoriums, small classrooms to virtual learning environments. I am as well versed as they come.
