Young vocational cellular and computational biologist (bionformatics), well-trained and with more than ten years of international experience in biomedical research. Broad expertise in different scientific fields including growth factors biology and signaling, autophagy, cell reprogramming and tissue regeneration in zebrafish and other piscine models. Experience in academic and in clinical environments. Attitude to team work with different professional profiles. Involvement in translational research at research centers and hospital environments, with direct contact with clinical professionals. My excellent collaborative skills are reflected in a great number of collaborations generating several congress contributions and scientific papers. My innovative inclination to develop new approaches to solve scientific problems allowed the University of Michigan to fill a provisional patent. Expertise in most common molecular and cellular research techniques such as western blot, gene expression analysis (PCR, realtime PCR, eppendorf PCR robot, in situ hybridization), transmitted light, confocal and fluorescence microscopy, or cellular culture.
