Starting with 2 rooms in Bondi in 2002, we identified a fundamental problem with how renters were treated, what they were offered, how it was offered and by who.We set about trying to solve some of the problems with renting and 25 years later UKO is working daily to change the way people rent and live in our cities and suburbs. Our hosted rental accommodation creates communities that foster real connections and relationships while delivering better returns for owners.Along the way we realised there was a better way to operate apartment hotels. Veriu & Punthill are seeking to provide their corporate and leisure guests with quality locations, unique local experiences and a genuine hospitality experience grounded in our values of integrity, a focus on relationships, growth and an ownership mindset.LiveStay is our new umbrella identity that houses the UKO, Veriu and Punthill brands.We also operate hospitality focused serviced offices at +U serviced offices near central station.The outcome is that the real estate behind our brands performs better for longer, which is a win for our owners.We focus on our people (guests, team, owners, suppliers), what they actually want from their accommodation and life, and how we can best deliver for them.
