Driving the strategic expansion of our artificial intelligence (AI) and data business by structuring our service portfolio, building client networks, forming key partnerships, and leading AI-related sales activities. My main responsibilities remain the same as in my previous role, which is to lead a team of world-class software engineers by empowering them to co-create value with our customers. As part of the team, I am also personally involved in ITSM, agile project management, business and solution architecture management, requirements management, implementation of AI solutions, digital transformation, cloud migration, customer consulting, etc. Our main business area is procurement and container logistics. In addition, I am responsible for a part of the innovation management of the evia Group in the area of new business product ideas. This includes Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), adaptation and application of methodologies such as Lean Startup and Shape Up and larger frameworks such as TOGAF®, PRINCE2®, ITIL® 4, etc. I coordinate the Internal (Business) Projects Board, which provides strategic control and portfolio management for product-based business projects, working closely with idea contributors, partners, project managers and product owners, and reporting to the CEO.

Founding and general management of a subsidiary of Oilfield Engineering Magazine, which finally merged into the main business. Conception, planning and management of training programs for oilfield engineers, design and production of educational materials.

This program combines technical and management skills to prepare for leadership in the evolving IT landscape. It includes training in IT quality management, information security, IT governance, and IT service management and more. Additionally, it emphasizes the development of leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills essential for management roles in the IT sector.

This specialization provides hands-on training in deploying, managing, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Databricks. Through over 20 real-world projects, learners acquire skills in building AI applications with LLM frameworks, crafting advanced prompts, deploying AI-powered solutions with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and utilizing vector databases for chatbot development. The program also covers local and open-source LLM models, equipping learners with cutting-edge techniques for enterprise-scale AI and LLM deployments.

Having learning by doing experience in supply chain management and logistics from the IT perspective, I decided to take this specialization course to broaden my domain knowledge. The goal is to better understand the needs of the customers, partners, employers, etc. in this field to be able to co-create more value.
