• Regional role based in Singapore with responsibility for the Asia Pacific region including experience with offices in China, India, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and Australia. • Broad based corporate commercial experience providing support both client facing sales functions to back end operations, quality and technical product development functions, including reviewing and advising on a broad range of technology related commercial agreements • Regional compliance experience including Data Privacy

• Broad based commercial litigation and advisory experience involving complex cross-border litigation, breach of contract, economic torts, trusts, employment/manpower law, confidential information and restraint of trade. • Advising senior management, such as the CEO or Managing Director and their staff on commercial disputes and other corporate commercial matters. • Reported directly to the firm’s Deputy Managing Director for litigation and dispute resolution at the time.

• Provided Mandarin-English interpretation during public Court Martial Proceedings. • Managed the flow of Military Court proceedings, prepared Military Court documents, archived Court records and assisted Military Court Judges.
