Worked as a Resident Civil Engineer - Project Manager site based for Construtora Queiroz Galvao S/A in Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. Mostly responsible for the overall project performance of several major Institutional, Commercial, Civil and High Voltage Power Lines construction projects. Main Projects include: - Concrete Pre-cast Parkade - Four Levels at Recife Mall- Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil - New 32,200 square meters pre-cast concrete parking garage at Recife Mall. Ultra-fast-tracked schedule project, built from start to finish in 8 months. - New Recife's Operational and Distribution Centre and New Garage Building for the Brazilian Post Office Company - Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil - Project consisted of renovations, expansion, structural remediation of existing buildings and newly-built facilities at the Recife's Post Office Operation and Distribution Centre, for a total of 15,600 square meters buildign space. - New 500KV Power Transmission Line built between Alagoas and Pernambuco States, Brazil - New 176 kilometers long Power Transmission Line spanning from Recife to Messias for CHESF - San Francisco Valley Hydro Company. - Recife Subway Expansion Project - Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil - Local subway expansion project for CBTU - Brazilian Urban Trains Company, including Design-Build approx. 4.70 Kilometers of new tracks between TIP and Camaragibe City. Most significant projects included the new Timbi Subway Station, several railroad overpasses, and the new Capibaribe River Railroad Bridge (180 meters long over the river). - New Highway BR-232 Expansion Project - BR-232 Curado - Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil. New Highway expansion project for DNER - Brazilian National Road Department, including a new concrete pre-cast Overpass over Highway BR-408 (165 meters long). - Underpass/ Tunnel Ilha do Retiro - Complex Joana Bezerra, Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil - Project consists of a new 100 meter long tunnel under high traffic for the Recife City Hall Construction Company.
