Very lucky to have worked in some great organisations (& for some great bosses) that has enabled valuable career growth and varied experience through my work. Have senior experience leading all the main functional domains of HR but seasoned with solid expertise in commercial application of HR/People strategy, customer service design, org design and application, change and transformation management. Love leading and helping people, being around people, debating what's possible, setting new ambition and working in a team. Easily bored and not so good with managing the status quo.
