ReviMo is developing smart mobility devices that help people with mobility disabilities who currently need assistance to get out of bed to be independent. ReviMo can be safely operated by disabled people without the help of a caregiver, allowing them to perform toileting and other everyday tasks on their own, improving their independence and decreasing the burden on caregivers.

LOYKO is a fashion company that designs and manufactures comfortable, stylish, and sustainable apparel for mature women, taking into account the nuances of age changes.

With a team of engineers and mentors from Cornell University, we are developing a next-generation robotic mobility assistive device ReviMo.

POLYTECH-IRKUT is a start-up producing equipment for aircraft manufacturers. • Lead a team of 12, responsible for product design, production, and negotiations with customers and partners.

IMAE is an R&D institute developing technologies and equipment for the aerospace, railways, and medical industries. • Developed and introduced a new system of R&D management based on a project approach. Formed the IMAE’s new research agenda with attracted leading scientists and industry managers • Generated and successfully implemented five R&D projects for the aerospace industry. Raised approx. $ 430,000 in funding for these projects • Achieved long-term (2021-2030) funding for R&D by winning a long-term federal grant program (approx. $1.4 million for each year) • Founded new laboratory and put together a team of seven for development of robotic technologies for 3D-printing of aircraft parts

• Established a center for mechanical engineering products testing to comply with aviation standards

Led a group of five specialists to develop the technological process, equipment, and software to produce amphibious aircraft parts with 50-60% higher accuracy
