Co-founder a Filipino food startup with 3 other partners. Serves as CTO/Sous Chef/CMO/Dishwasher. We won some prize money from the EforAll Accelerator program in 2019. We continue to do pop-ups, restaurant take-overs, catering, and prepped food. We aim to spread the joys of Filipino cuisine to the New England area and soon to open a physical location that will include unique Filipino goods and products.

• Introduced Social Media as a marketing strategy in 2009, making Jacobson one of the first in the floral industry. • Web Management & Analytics, SEO: Averaged 22% YOY growth in online sales from 2010–2018. • Also added Amazon Seller as a new sales channel for the company. • Lead team of 3 in Marketing Department. • Applied numerous new project management workflows, ideas, and tools for improved team productivity. Other departments adopted these methods as well.
