Set up and validated new ICT keysight test equipment for production use, including validation and release to mass production. Verified and executed special studies on test fixtures to prevent product damage, including ESD, stress, non-interference, targeting, and industry best practices, in compliance with Tesla customer requirements. Modified test plans to ensure full compliance with company policies and readiness for the PV phase. Implemented improvements to flashing equipment and DATIO test machines to enhance reliability and performance. Provided advanced technical support to test engineers during critical production downtime when issues could not be resolved at the line level.
