Lead the construction team, monitor and ensure compliance with the scope and work schedule, manage the daily, weekly, and three-week scheduling of the construction process presented by the contractors with the team, ensure compliance with the construction plans in terms of cost, time, objectives, goals, and established KPIs for safety, quality, and the environment; Implement and develop weekly construction reporting dashboards for the owner's management. Lead the team for the construction of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) Stage I and II, Leach Pad Stage XV, from the start of foundations, massive earthworks, access roads, quarries, and waterproofing with geosynthetics. (geomembrane, GCL, and geotextile), in addition to all multidisciplinary civil, mechanical, and E&I works; in the construction of the ADR Plant, Coal Columns (PLDs), Mine Equipment Workshops, and Sulfide Crushing.

I was responsible for all aspects related to the construction process and quality assurance control during the construction of the leaching platform, phase 7B, and all multidisciplinary works in general; actively participate in the fulfillment of the construction program, objectives, goals, and key performance indicators established in the project's construction and HSE plan, implement and develop reporting dashboards for owner management; this includes actively and committedly participating in project meetings and progress and forecast meetings with the client and contractors.

I was responsible for ensuring compliance with the scope of work, monitoring the work schedule, costs, deadlines, quality control assurance, and safety established for the project, as well as leading and verifying compliance with the objectives, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) established in the project's construction, safety (HSE), and environmental plan, implementing and preparing weekly construction report dashboards for owner management. This includes actively and committedly participating in project meetings and progress and forecast meetings with the client, auditing the contractor's quality control and safety processes on site for:  Earthworks, Civils, Concretes, Piling, Geosynthetics, Piping, Mechanical, E&I.  Follow-up to FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).  Follow-up to Welding Book - Pipeline and HDPE Piping.  Manufacturing Quality Control (MQC) and Manufacturing Quality Assurance (MQA).  Implementation, Tracking and Delivery of Contruction Release Package (CRP) and Turnover Package (TOP) Traceability System by Discipline, System, Subsystem and Tags.  Manage and lead Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up.

Responsible for all aspects of tracking the construction schedule, monitoring progress, identifying delays and proposing immediate corrective actions. • Lead Safety and Environment promoting a strong safety culture, ensure training and lead preventive initiatives. • Responsible for all aspects of quality assurance during earthworks projects in the construction of the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and all civil, concrete, geosynthetics, piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works. Collaborate with clients and project teams on the development of the work package to identify the necessary QA/QC inspections, testing and documentation. Maintain organised field QA/QC (TOP) folders by work area, discipline, system, sub system and tags; as well as ensure timely upload of digital copies of all QA/QC documents, with the approved naming convention, to the approved platform following the procedures for issuing and receiving document control, lead and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, Participate actively and engaged in project meetings and progress and forecast meetings with the client. Audit the contractor's quality control processes, field documentation, validation of ITPs, certifications and the entire project quality management system.

I was responsible for the construction and quality assurance control team for the construction of phases III and IV of the tailings storage facility (TSF), from the start of the foundations, earthworks, subdrainage system, verification of soil and concrete laboratory tests, access roads, quarries, waterproofing with geosynthetics (geotextile, geomembrane, GCL), in addition to all civil works.

Construction of the “Tailings Storage Facility – (TSF), Stage II and Stage II Phase 2, from the start-up of Foundations, Earthworks, (Earthworks) Subdrainage System, verification of Soil and Concrete Laboratory Tests, Access Roads, Quarries, Waterproofing with Geosynthetics (Geotextile, Geomembrane, GCL) in addition to all Civil Works.

Senior QA Supervisor of Earthworks, Concrete, Geosynthetics and Piping. in the: -Construction of Asana Dam from start of foundations built with Harfill, Waterproofed with Carpi system, in addition to all civil works. - Construction of the Vizcachas Dam from the start of foundations built with Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC). In addition to all civil works. - Construction of tunnel and civil works inside the Asana River Diversion Tunnel (7.6 Km)", - Construction of Roads and Accesses, Main Pits, Water Intakes, Mining Camps and others associated to the project. - CCR and CCV Mixing Designs. - Performing TOP and Turn Over Capstones.

In the Tailings Management Facility (TMF) Tailings Dam Construction Project, in which participated from start-up, acceptance of foundations, Bog Storage Facility (BSF), Road Construction (Haul Roads and Access Roads), Main Sediment Pond, Contaiment Pond, Retention Pond, TMF Sediment Pond Nº1, TMF Sediment Pond Nº2, Road Sediment Pond Nº1, Road Sediment Pond Nº2.

QA Supervisor of Earthworks, Geosynthetics, Piping and Concrete. In the Tailings Deposit Construction Project No. 4ª, which considered the cutting and removal of inadequate materials, conformation of fills up to foundation levels, installation of sub drains system, installation of Geosynthetics (geomembrane, geotextile, geonet, etc.), HDP pipes, channels and accesses.
