First Place at Pearl Quest Competition (2025) for Bulbul’s impact in EdTech and culture. Selected by SBWC to represent Bulbul at SEF, recognizing Bulbul as a high-potential Sharjah-based edtech platform.

1-Modon Process Transformation Project: Enhanced procurement processes and mapped them on ARIS software to improve operational efficiency. 2-Business Development: Participated in designing visually engaging presentations in Arabic and English for clients in KSA including the Board of Grievances, Jeddah Airports, ROSHN, Qassim Health Cluster, and Education and Training Center, showcasing tailored solutions, value propositions, and A&M's problem-solving approach to the client’s challenges. 3-Empowering Clients Through Innovation: The A&M and Software AG Partnership: Developed a strategic presentation highlighting the value of a potential partnership, showcasing the integration of A&M's expertise with Software AG's ARIS process transformation tool to enhance client operations and acquisition. 4-Infrastructure Initiatives: Created and designed a detailed Infra A&M Company Profile for the UAE and KSA, development the Sector-Specific Infra Credentials/Case Studies report, and prepared a comprehensive Excel Tracker to streamline access and management of infrastructure-related credentials.

1- Drafted RFPs, compiled RFQs, and evaluated SOQs for major projects. 2- Conducted feasibility studies and prepared client presentations. 3- Performed market research and benchmarking for various projects. 4- Contributed to the SEWA Hamriyah 90 MIGD IWP Project, Abu Dhabi Correctional Facilities Project, Oman PPP Review Project, and GCAA Asset Strategy Project. 5- Gained expertise in project planning, client relations, and strategic analysis, supporting the successful delivery of high-profile initiatives.

1- Project Planning and Status Reporting – SEWA: Prepared project plans and weekly status presentations for SEWA, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on project progress. 2- Meeting Minutes and Client Communication – SEWA: Recorded meeting minutes and managed client communications, facilitating accurate follow-up and information dissemination.

I supported first-year students during the Fall 2020 semester by facilitating the FYE Connect event, enhancing my leadership and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities included: 1-Conducting one-on-one check-ins with students and parents. 2-Providing students with the necessary information, contacts, and mindset for a successful future at AUS.

Delivered one-on-one sessions to help first- and second-year students excel in accounting and finance.

Supported CRA department for 3 months by ensuring contract compliance, reviewing and approving contracts for MEISA, managing requests via EnCoRE, and identifying risks in contractual terms.

1-Contributed to organizing educational and entertainment events for ACA certificate students. 2-Fully coordinated the "Exploring Major Asset Classes' Response to the Pandemic" webinar in April 2021, achieving outstanding attendance.

Explored the relationship between intellectual capital dimensions and business performance in hotels and banks, analyzing their impact on financial performance globally.
