Manages the export process from order placement to delivery. Responsible for preparing shipping documents, ensuring compliance with international regulations, coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and communicating with clients and internal teams.

Prepare and manage export-related documents. Familiarity with customs regulations, DGFT policies, and international trade rules. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA and shipping lines. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any shipping delays or issues. Ensure timely booking of cargo space and tracking of consignments. Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and INCOTERMS. Good coordination & communication with International clients.

Assist with recruitment (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, contacting candidates). Support onboarding and off boarding processes. Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Assist with HR documentation. Posting job ads on job boards or company websites. Monitor and update daily employee attendance, ESIC & PF
