* Drive HR process in line with policies. * Manage employee benefits including overtime, pensions, and field bonuses. * Recruit technically qualified field personnel and support staff for onshore and offshore operations * Manage contractor and third-party workforce in line with company and client standards * Manage payroll for permanent and project-based employees * Support employee welfare across workstations * Manage appraisal/review exercises across workstations * Coordinate technical, safety, and client-mandated training programs. * Manage HRIS, onboarding, and exit processes

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy * Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues * Manage the recruitment and selection process * Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization * Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance * Maintain compensation plan and benefits program * Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs * Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

* Developing strategies and plans for talent acquisition * Providing recruitment guidance and advice to clients and applicants * Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates

* Assist with employee onboarding procedures. * Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports. * Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. * Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
