I began my professional journey in Human Resources as an intern while simultaneously pursuing my graduation. This early exposure laid a strong foundation and deepened my interest in the HR field. After completing my graduation, I transitioned into a full-time role, and alongside my job, I successfully completed my MBA—strengthening both my academic and practical understanding of HR.
