Hi, I’m Ai Nguyen. Yes,“A.I.”. Sometimes I joke that maybe my parents saw the future and accidentally gave me the perfect name for the tech era while it means "love" in Vietnamese. I started my journey in Computer Engineering at the University of Houston, working with hardware, microcontrollers, and embedded systems. Over time, I realized I enjoyed the software side even more, from writing code, automating processes to building tools that make systems work smarter. That curiosity led me to continue into a Master’s in Computer Science at UH. Along the way, I worked on robotics and automation projects in CpE, and later on data and full‑stack projects in CS. During my internship at Hendrix Industries, I used Python and MySQL to streamline production tracking and inventory workflows across multiple manufacturing stages. It taught me how software can directly improve real operations. Now I’m looking for opportunities where I can grow as a software engineer, learn from experienced teams, and build practical, reliable solutions.
