Aidan Bova

As a Sales Operations Specialist at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc., I am passionate about creating efficiency and accuracy within the Food Service and Retail departments. In my current role, I act as the primary liaison for our Food Service and Retail teams, overseeing customer portal updates, managing sales revenue, and forecasting opportunities to ensure our team meets its strategic goals. Previously, I supported the Food Service team as a Sales Administrator, where I worked to support a growing sales team. This included generating and distributing detailed sales reports, analyzing trend data, and assisting with special projects and promotional activities. My role involved setting up and maintaining accurate customer master files, managing the introduction of new product lines, and resolving database issues to enhance project efficiency. I graduated from Medaille University in May of 2023 with a B.S. in Sports Management, where I learned key skills that make a successful manager within business operations and sports. I developed a solid foundation in management, business, and communications. I applied the background knowledge from previous courses and developed a deeper understanding of project management during my internship at Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. I attended many planning meetings for a wide variety of events. Some examples include a book launch, an Oktoberfest celebration, and holiday parties. This foundation was further developed in my role at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc.
