• Was responsible for selection and procurement of static equipment in the petrochemicals industry. • Duties included developing technical specifications, data sheet preparation, and analyzing vendor bids for each equipment purchase package. • Prepared a purchase package for three electric heaters: A 120 kW Methanator Heater, a 470 kW Regenerant Superheater, and a 100 kW Isomad Reactor Electric Heater totaling $100,000+ in value. • Prepared a purchase package for a Lube Oil Mist Eliminator in accordance with client specifications and ASME Section VIII code as well as other applicable industry standards. • Supported ongoing construction by answering trade partners’ RFIs pertaining to static equipment installation. Accepted and rejected proposed deviation requests and non-conformance requests regarding a procurement package of 3 ASME Section VIII pressure vessels. • Facilitated a biweekly coordination meeting with mechanical engineering counterparts from different national and international Burns & McDonnell offices discussing mutual projects and industry-related technical updates. • Tracked project-wide costs for 100+ equipment packages and their respective competing budgetary quotes totaling past $80MM+. • Demonstrated excellent presentation skills by attending Lead Communication Training and presenting to 25+ senior/associate level engineers on technical and non-technical topics.

- Reviewed 25+ MEP Submittals by ensuring conformance to client specifications and drawings. - Monitored field variations, Daily Construction Reports, Pre-task Plans, Weekly Work Plans, and packaging slips while keeping the Project Superintendent informed of any changes. - Ensured instructions from field superintendent were delivered to, and followed by up to 5+ subcontractors on daily basis while ensuring consistency with Daily Construction Reports. - Led Study Action Team covering importance of Lean principles in construction, the 8 deadly wastes, and utilizing 5S principles to organize construction site office.
