CCM Day Shift Senior Production Engineer & Deputy CCM manager Continuous casting machine, steel making plant - Active and main member in New project, CCM revamp projects, Twin Billet casting, bloom 300*360 mm2 for rails and six sections of beam blanks in SMP #2 - Project Sr. Engineer attending "Erection, Commositioning and hot Start-Up of whole products Twin billet, bloom and Beam blank sections - Produce a lot of steel grades like high carbon grades, BBs structural grades, 3sp, 5sp, St 60, St 60HMn, AISI from 1006 to 1055, earthquake steel 500D, 500B, 500C, 700 D and other grades with high quality according to customer order. - Manage and supervise the CCM team, recording and writing production daily reoprts . - Working to acheive a high productivity with high quality by save the machine at high casting speed and safe conditions. - Coordinating between furnace, LF, VD and CCM to save the sequence in a good conditions without risk. - Training our team either technicians or engineers on the new products and preparation for successful startup - Receiving casting mould's after check and test i.e.foot rolls setting, greasing, tube taper measuring, water jacket alignment with the copper tube, spray test and water pressure test. - Analysing and solving any problems appears during operation. - Handling ladles and Tundish slide gates by testing springs, rockers, bronze rings, spring housing and measuring every dimension of the device also CNC devices. - Collect the data about any maintenance to be done on the machine (Participating in the maintenance plan). - Follow-up maintenance plan and receipt from them. - Cooperation as a team to acheive one target its productivity. - Follow-up safety instructions and roles to providing a safe environment for all. - Preparation ISO documentations 9001:2015, 14000:2018, 45001:2018 and ESUs 500001 - Put the plans for the team and HK activities plan. - Manage cranes department, operation team - SAP User - Oracle Macc user - MS office and project excellent Production Engineer and/or leader means - Excellent supervision, reducing cost and enhancing productivity - Leader, hardworkable,quick and intelligent - Works on the leadership of the plant without help. - My vision are summarized in : Decrease material consumption which effect on cost and to acheive high productivity with high quality.
