Ahmad Aseer is Head HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) at the Qatari Diar, Doha Qatar. A chartered Health and Safety professional with twenty-seven (27) years of experience, Aseer specializes in developing and executing HSE governance through multi-stakeholder networks, is skilled at training and research in HSE.
