* Job Responsibilities: * planning, organization and control of the electronic components and devices production, determine plan of the order realization, cooperating with other production departments, * printers production planning, stocks control, timetable creation, * implementation to the production the prototype devices, close cooperation with Research and Development Department, * cooperating with outsources, negotiations conditions of making components, * creating deficiencies reports, complainting of defective components, cooperation with Trade and Personal Department, * solving current production problems (logistical and technical) * production optimization, selection and installation of new devices and machines, implementation of organizational changes, * recruitment, training, motivating and paying a premium * quality controlling of manufacturing devices, ISO 9001:2008 * manage a team employees dividing according to processes (activating electronics, SMT mount, THT mount, mount of mechanical components and cables)
