Job description: - Team lead Equipment Conditioning Monitoring (ECM). Predictive maintenance and analysis of various vibration data dumped from CSI 2140 analyser. - ISO (International Organization of Standardization) Quality Management System (QMS) internal auditor/departmental representative. I ensure all ISO documents are up- to -date and ensure all mechanical processes are adhered to within various units in the department. - Troubleshooting of various rotating equipment issues - Equipment condition monitoring - Interpretation and review of P&ID - Oil analysis with Spectroil 100 series elemental analyser, Fluidscan, Viscometer . - Efficiency in the use of stroboscope, SDT270 ultrasound detector, Infrared thermometer, CSI 2140 vibration analyser. Mechanical Maintenance (Urea Plant – Mechanical Maintenance Team lead) Aug, 2015 – July, 2020 Job description: - Supervision of installation and repairs of rotating equipment such as Multi- stage pumps (centrifugal and reciprocating), Single stage pumps, vertical pumps, gas turbines, compressors, blower, fan (forced draft and induced draft), steam turbines etc. - Coordinate review of documentation through all phases of projects e.g. planning, engineering fabrication installation commissioning. Ensure that changes and modifications to documents are consistent with approved Company processes contracts and guidelines. - Lubrication and inspection of equipment. - Equipment preventive maintenance scheduling and supervision. - Plant corrective maintenance supervision. - Overhauling of machines such compressors, pumps (High pressure Carbamate pumps and high pressure Ammonia Pumps). - ISO (International Organization of Standardization) Quality Management System (QMS) internal auditor/departmental representative. Ensure all materials received from both foreign and local vendors meet up to specifications on the Purchase Order made and ensure appropriate issuing and binning of materials in the warehouse. - Materials management in all ExxonMobil Upstream Operations (USAN, EDOP, YOHO, EAP, ERHA, UBIT, BRT, ONNE, QIT) - Preparation of Purchase Order for procurement of various spares in global supply chain - Inspection of various materials procured from both local and foreign vendors - Scheduling of various Relief valves for calibration

~Worked with risk assessment professionals in Warri Refinery {subsidiary of NNPC} in organizing a risk assessment matrix, hazard identification and measurement of adverse consequences. ~Assisted in the supervision and acquisition of work permit documents. ~Re-tubing of heat exchangers in FCC unit, Topping unit, Reforming Unit, Power plant, etc. in the refinery. ~Participated in revamping of the Topping Unit of Warri Refining and Petrochemical Company {WRPC} after the fire outbreak in october,2013. Supervised and participated in the insulation of pipes with rock wool, flushing of crude stained floor with high pressure steamed water hose. Erection of scaffold in applicable areas.

~I took records of pressure readings from compressors. ~Gained auditing skills by retrieving abandoned arrangement procedures in terms of columns and rows, ensured good recordings and inventory of all units and store keeping when the main mechanical store was re-arranged. ~Participated in the construction of new silos with experienced engineers. This improved my measurement and construction skills using heavy duty cranes of different tonnage. ~Assisted the mechanical manager in drafting detailed information for all plant units from the log book and prepared a comprehensive report for review during management meeting which i also attended.

~As the acting maintenance manager, i took records and ensured that proper maintenance and scheduled servicing of all equipment was done before operation and during production. ~Supervised turn-around maintenance with Italian -based engineers (expatraites) specialized on pneumatics and mechatronics systems. ~Organized work schedule making necessary adjustments for workers on sick and annual leave. ~Arranged for staff in the mechanical and maintenance department to attend seminars and undertake relevant training courses. ~Participated in the Fudia petroleum lubricant training clinic course for management staffs conducted by Fudia Petrochem
