• Involves in Start-up Operation and Preheat Operation of the new phase. • Assist section head in improvement solution to enchance product and maximize the production rate. • Provide guidance and assist to the process technician. • Mainly in-charged in solving abnormalities including voltage fluctuation, anode effect and abnormal alumina feeding and continuously perform inline parameter monitoring as well as controlling it. • Work closely with maintenance team to ensure machinery are maintained in good condition and productively utilized. • Collecting data and analysis such as Anode Current Distribution (ACD), Cathode Voltage Drop (CVD) and bath temperature.
