End Date Analysis: When the Internal Finance Team or the Customer wish to either end services, extend, alter them or want an overview of the current services then it is the job of the Legal Team to review the Sales Order and the prepare the End Date analysis. Contract Review: Currently go through Master Service Agreements, Sales Orders and Schedules and approve them for the billing to commence. Contract Abstraction: Currently work on contracts where we capture important information from contracts and either populate the same in an excel sheet or else in word format. Contract Redlining: Currently work on redlining contracts where we go through contracts and schedules and make changes to clauses as per the new customer requirements, finance guidelines or changing regulations.
