* Acting Software Manager for Software Informatics - Stepped in when team manager was out and took on all roles and responsibilities - Worked with marketing to initiate a new software project involving AI and Machine Learning and presented our case to the leadership team, justifying R&D work with expected market penetration - Interacted with customers, including demos and beta releases as part of the agile software development lifecycle

* Software development involving AI & Machine Learning - Serving as Scrum Master and facilitator for Product Owner, Scientists and other business teams - Helping product owner with managing backlogs through agile techniques and removing impediments - Helped project manager with creating release plans and communicating them with the team and other business divisions - Guided the team on self organization to fill in the gaps left in the Agile/Scrum framework

* Enhancing process automation through distributed control systems for a wide variety of biochemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. * Scrum Master for agile development of NovaTech batch control software application for Process Controls Industry. * Scrum Master for agile development of NovaTech D3 mobile reports application for Process Controls Industry.

Thesis based masters based on two research projects, one published and other an on-going study. During my BS/MSE, I synthesized new DNA part of Synthetic Yeast 2.0, project aimed to make the world's first synthetic eukaryotic genome (http://syntheticyeast.org/team/adithya-murali/). Gained academia based experience in designing mathematical models for wet-chemistry and wet-biology experiments, using breakthroughs in computational analysis.
