• Identify, recruit, and qualify potential candidates for the hiring initiatives needed by the Lines of Business. • Assist in the development and execution of the recruitment strategy, including identifying creative approaches to recruiting. • Participate in the candidate selection process. • Plan and execute recruitment events. Develop and maintain effective relationships with candidates. • Implement recruiting plans with a diversity lens. • Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle Line of Business. • Schedule, plan, execute and manage interviews for candidates and managers. Provide reports on various aspects of recruiting, candidates, new hires and activity to recruiting management, operations and Lines of Business. • Develop collateral material for recruitment initiatives. May have project lead role. • May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions.

• Providing support and coaching to employees seeking to move internally • Assisting managers with identifying and qualifying internal candidates • Supporting both employees and hiring managers through the internal offer process • Redeployment projects support across EMEA & JAPAC • Participating on EMEA Emerging Leader Summit for Women on the 12-14th March 2019 in Amsterdam • Working and practice on Confluence by Atlassian • Presenting learning sessions in the Advantage You Program.

• Active participation in all the recruitment process entry, middle and top level; • Screening of CV by the skills of the candidates and the requirements of the job; • Interviews by phone and face to face with the selected candidates; • Evaluation of the candidates and announce the feedback by email or by phone regarding the result of the selection process of the employees files; • Preparing the labor contracts of the employees, additional documents, addendums; • Maintain the relations with the transport companies and the management of all the rented cars for missions; • Management of the employees that worked in different areas in France 24h/24 h -180 employees; • Mediation of the conflicts that appear in their missions; • The release of staff records: files copies, addendums and documents for the European card; • Update the HR database; • Organize and coordinate the HR events • Work delegations in France.
