My 23 years of experience includes different functions, ranging from business development, sales, marketing, operations, and general management. My first job with Web Dot Com a website development company, included selling, account management, marketing, website development, and online marketing. After 3 years with Web Dot Com, I worked for Mustard Seed Systems as Sales and Marketing Representative for 2 years selling software, training, and services, then later as Product Manager for its flagship product - Payroll Pro software. With my strong general management skills, I was promoted as General Manager and still presently holding the role to date. As General Manager, I am responsible for all business functions. Turning the company’s vision into reality is a fulfillment of my personal goal: to lead and inspire the workforce effectively. Through my work in Mustard Seed, I can bring the company to a new pace of success, thus bringing success to its hardworking employees. Like the businesses we serve, Mustard Seed also had humble beginnings. Since 1999, the company has found its niche by focusing on the needs of the underserved SME market.
