As the Field Service & Repair Department Manager, I lead and manage the Field Services team to achieve our annual operating budgets. My role focuses on ensuring a Safety-First culture, effective planning of service activities, providing exceptional customer support, managing budgets, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Responsibilities: - EHS: Implement Safety-First culture, manage safety and compliance programs, and ensure proactive safety training. - Service Planning: Oversee daily technician activities, coordinate tools and resources, and ensure efficient project delivery. - Customer Support: Provide technical support, resolve site issues, and assist in securing new business. - Budget Management: Set and manage annual budgets, schedule technicians and equipment, and track service logs. - Meeting KPIs: Develop strategic partnerships, recruit and train technicians, and ensure staffing meets financial targets.

With a global distribution network and 24-hour technical support, it serves such markets as oil and gas, mining, power, marine and water/waste-water. As a Business Development Engineer I supported and developed the capabilities of Belzona Distributors in the region (South East Asia and Middle East) to ensure sales targets were achieved, along with ensuring each distributor had sufficient working knowledge of the Belzona product portfolio and their respective regions had an acceptable level of market penetration. Other responsibilities included: - Supporting allocated distributors to achieve their sales targets. - Provide technical support and product training, both in-house and on site for distributors. - Conduct market, territory and sales analysis. - Field sales activities. - Support and participate in promotional events. - Create new business opportunities and follow up on technical leads. - Distributor and customer visits including site visits.

Yara Marine Technologies AB is specialized in emission reduction technology for ships and vessels in the maritime industry. - Installation, commissioning and service of exhaust gas cleaning systems (scrubbers), both open loop and closed loop applications onboard different vessels at shipyards and at sea. - Tuning and adjustments of systems. - Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of scrubber electrical, control and automation systems. - Developed a hands-on training site at Yara Marine’s FAT Center. - Implementing Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) system to increase HSSE compliance. - Training commissioning engineer trainees.

Fieldcore Service Solutions, a General Electric (GE) company focusing on worldclass field service execution. - Commissioning, troubleshooting and service/maintenance of non-OEM gas turbines in both simple cycle and combined cycle configurations including auxiliary equipment. - Document and liaise all changes in design or documentation to responsible engineers and departments. - Lead the commissioning team on site and responsibility for HSE and work permits. - Creating and improving documents, instructions and procedures for turbine outages at engineering offices in Germany, Switzerland and Russia.

Siemens Energy is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of medium sized industrial gas turbines for power generation and compressor applications. - Installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment of Siemens gas turbines (SGT-700 and SGT-800), steam turbines, compressors, gearboxes and generators including auxiliary systems: pumps, motors, switchgear, low, medium and high voltage systems, frequency converts, UPS equipment, valves, control systems/PLC (PCS7 and SPPA T-3000), DCS, Condition Monitoring Systems, exhaust gas cleaning systems (scrubbers), lube oil systems, fuel gas systems, instrumentation et cetera. All in different power plant configurations, single and combined cycle, and mechanical drive (turbine + compressor) applications. - Hot commissioning, load and trial run operation testing. - Workshop Testing/Factory Acceptance Tests of turbines. - Performance test and tuning of the gas turbines. - Commissioning Leader on site. - Planning of daily commissioning activities. - Ensure that the commissioning/maintenance of turbine systems are performed in compliance with equipment specifications, standards, procedures, contract and local codes and regulations. - HSSE and work permit responsibility. - Implemented safety standard improvements for all turbine sites including: automatic emergency defibrillator, fire extinguishers, spare personal protective equipment and first aid.
