Twilio Flex Omnichannel - Programmable Cloud Contact Center I was asked to join Perficient to help build the first team to begin building large scale contact centers on Twilio's Flex Platform. I launched our first production account on Flex during a multi month engagement to do a like for like migration of a genesys contact center. React Front End Development I built complex customizations for Flex using create-react-app and later in craco to build plugins and Material/UI for styling. I have built realtime dashboards for call metrics, custom audio selection tools, call recording managers, supervisor view filters, plus many other behind the scenes enhancements. AWS Infrastructure I supplemented the "Beta" Twilio Serverless environment with API gateway coupled to Lambda functions. To ease development lifecycle I helped architect and built a CI/CD pipeline with Serverless.com cloud formation templates and versioned based on an Azure Devops build number. Things are just unfolding here coming up on my first year, but I'm looking forward to leading a team on the next project.

I maintained the infrastructure, servers, telco, and workstations. User support, system imaging, printer maintenance and troubleshooting, were also part of my day to day functions. As a dual role, I also filled the position of bridge manager for the site, which basically means I was in the drivers seat for our high profile multi-site video conferences, sometime up to 14 sites around the globe.
