Balance financial and service level objectives working directly with supply chain, field operations, and customer leadership teams, as well as executing new launches, installs, escalation management, and end-to-end continuous improvement.

Promoted to lead the network strategy, demand, supply planning, and replenishment operations in the Americas’. Provided leadership for team of 35 associates with responsibility for full lifecycle planning, execution, and delivery in support of multi-tiered service levels for 1,000+ retail, financial, hospitality, technology customers, and channel partners.

Directed inventory planning and replenishment activities in the Americas’ region. Provided leadership for a team of 17 central inventory planners responsible for $50M repair operations budget, $170M annual purchases and $270M net inventory which included 50,000 active parts across 2 distribution centers, 500 field stocking locations, and ~4,000 field technicians.

Led the strategy development for EDI Operations, Supplier Performance, Compliance, Supplier Portal, and Training groups. Accountability for managing internal team of 20+ managers, senior analysts, and 2 offshore support teams.

Architect and leader of large scale, high value capability (people, process, and technology) transformation programs. Managed multiple workstreams at several of Accenture's largest retail and consumer packaged goods clients focused on supply chain strategy, planning, inventory management, logistics, merchandising and store /field operations.
