Claims; -Figure out the current situation of the claim. -Contact carriers or adjusters if assigned already for Updates -Update our records as the adjuster or the carrier responds Accounting; -Check on the financing websites for financing notices if approved or cancelled. -Any transaction change notice, verify the amount matches what is in system. -Cancel policy in our records if a policy is cancelling due to non payment. -Follow up on the payments with agents and the clients. Service: -Pull all type of direct bill notices from twenty plus websites. -Distribute them to the concerned party (agent/client/service team) Agent assistance; -Gathers and verify the data provided by the telemarketer using CSLB and WCIRB. -Quote 25+ carriers. Usually their GLs, WCOMs and CAs -Request Loss Runs -Get renewal quotes from the carrier websites -Make proposals and send via adobe signs along with the epays -And manages the Agency management alongside.
