Built a Python system validation platform for mechanical (CFD & Thermal) engineering workflows, with modules for calculator ports, live data access, fitting interfaces, validation checks, run tracking, and Streamlit UI delivery. Integrated live DB access checks, including production-table smoke tests, fallback query windows, and credential-safe handling of service credentials. Created a weekly refit workflow that processes recent module data, compares fitted parameters against prior runs, flags drift above threshold, and stores artifacts for engineering review. Structured the repo as a maintainable internal toolchain with packaging, typed schemas, tests, private package dependencies, GitHub submodules, deployment scaffolding, and container support. Designed the validation workflow around real engineering data constraints, where measured results are split across databases, cycle summaries, tickets, reports, and manual context.

1. AI-assisted CFD automation workflow that turns design studies into repeatable, high-throughput simulations especially for manufacturing applications. 2. Automated steady-state RANS runs end-to-end for faster iteration. 3. Enforced mesh and y+ quality gates to improve first-pass convergence. 4. Built agent-driven log triage to identify solver failure modes and apply targeted case fixes. 5. Delivered decision-ready dashboards and standardized KPIs to compare designs faster across 100+ iterations.

◦ Developed optimized designs for Siemens Healthineers’ ARTIS Pheno, C-Arm machine, creating a compact system with enhanced degrees of freedom to fit smaller medical spaces. ◦ Reverse engineered detailed modelling of the existing machine using SketchUp and NX-CAD. Strength and mechanical analysis were performed using Ansys and SIMCenter. ◦ Prototyped a miniaturized, mechanically functional 3D model using advanced additive manufacturing techniques.
