Dr. Achref Sallami earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Monastir, Tunisia, where he was an active member of the LGM laboratory. He also holds two MSc degrees: one in Solid Mechanics and Structures and another in Mechanical Production Methods Engineering, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Design and Manufacturing. Dr. Sallami began his academic career as an Assistant Professor at the National Engineering School of Monastir, the Higher Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology of Kairouan, and the Multidisciplinary School of Sousse, Tunisia. Following his teaching tenure, he undertook a postdoctoral research position as a CNRS agent at the FEMTO-ST Institute, University of Franche-Comté, France, contributing to a collaborative project with Cisteo MEDICAL. Subsequently, he joined Cisteo MEDICAL as an R&D Project Manager, where he oversees the development and optimization of advanced medical devices. In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Sallami has contributed to the scientific community through multiple publications, showcasing his expertise in mechanical systems, thermomechanical modeling, and biomedical applications. His career reflects a strong commitment to innovation, academic excellence, and the translation of scientific research into impactful industrial solutions.
