As part of a strategic project for BMW, I led the complete programming of a 12-workstation production line using TwinCAT 3 for automation and control. I managed the integration and commissioning of two Beckhoff IPCs, Festo electric axes, Desoutter screwdriving systems, Keyence vision systems, and Data Matrix code readers. I conducted a detailed Takt Time analysis, identified bottlenecks, and implemented targeted technical solutions to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
